The youngest of three children, Kyle spent most of his time with his mother in the family's kitchen. That was where Kyle first learned to cook and bake.
His love of cooking only grew as he got older and he decided to pursue his passion for cooking further.
Kyle is a graduate of New York's Culinary Institute of America, a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator.
He has worked in some of the finest restaurants, hotels and private clubs in New York and North Carolina for the past twenty years.
